We are currently working hard to implement I-Bridge X, I-Butment and I-Bar in our new offer for you. These unique and patented implant prosthetic solutions with angled screw channels was acquired by us through the purchase of the Kulzer milling center in Hanau last year. Crown and bridge prosthetics are already up and running and in order for it to work properly you need to import our library and material files. Our support staff will contact you and help you with this matter during the next few days. If you are in need of any urgent help don’t hesitate to give us a direct call.
Regarding implant prosthetics produced by Forstec Dental and OpenMill, we expect to release I-Bridge X for Straumann Tissue Level, Nobel MUA, Brånemark and Replace Select during week 3 or week 4. New material files for these systems will be available during week 2 and 3. At the moment all other systems previously offered by Kulzer will be handled by our co-operation partner in Germany. Delivery times for implant prosthetics are 5 days for milled and 7 days for SLM. These times will be reduced in the coming months.
The quality will of course be at least as good as previously delivered from Kulzer and we will be relasing new systems produced in OpenMill as soon as we can ensure the same high grade production. When new systems are available we will inform you and this will happen with several updates during the first quarter of 2020.
Do you have a customer agreement with Kulzer already? We will make sure to give you an offer at least as competitive as before during 2020.

Vi arbetar intensivt med att få allt på plats med I-Bridge X, I-Butment och I-Bar som vi inkluderat i vårt nya erbjudande till dig i och med förvärvet av Kulzer produktionscenter i Hanau. För kron och bro är allt klart så att du kan skicka in arbeten med våra befintliga materialfiler för lasersmält CoCr, fräst CoCr, Ziox och Titan men vårt bibliotek med materialfiler behöver importeras. Personal från OpenMill kommer ringa runt under den här veckan för att höra om du behöver vår hjälp.

När det gäller implantatprotetik producerat av Forstec Dental och OpenMill, räknar vi med att släppa det under vecka 3 eller vecka 4 för I-Bridge X systemen Straumann Tissue level, Nobel MUA, Brånemark och Replace Select.
Nya materialfiler för dessa system kommer att levereras vecka 2 och vecka 3. Övriga plattformar som tidigare varit valbara från Kulzer kommer att hanteras via vår samarbetspartner i Tyskland tillsvidare. Leveranstider är för närvarande 5 dagar för fräst I-Bridge X och 7 dagar för lasersmält, vilket vi längre fram kommer att kunna korta ner.
Kvalitetskravet är självklart att all protetik ska vara minst lika bra som den du tidigare har beställt från Kulzer. Därför släpper vi nya plattformar successivt efter hand.
Så fort vi är färdiga med att släppa nya plattformar producerade av OpenMill får du ny information om detta. Det sker löpande under början av 2020.
Har du ett gällande kundavtal med Kulzer kommer vi se till att du får ett minst lika bra erbjudande från oss under 2020.
