You can send your digital files from 3Shape, Exocad, TRIOS, Kavo, Etkon, Sirona inEosX5, Zirkonzahn and Amann Girrbach (including design file) and we also perform scanning and design on submitted models. It is easy to upload files via our web portal or directly to our FTP server. Om vi får de scannade filerna före klockan 12.00 på dagen (lasersintrat 15.00) så kan vi leverera CoCr och Titan till våra budkunder inom 24 timmar och ZiOx inom 48 timmar. För övriga kunder är våra produktionstider 48 timmar om vi får filerna före 12.00 (lasersintrat 15.00). Får vi filerna på eftermiddagen är leveranstiderna 48 – 72 timmar. Produktionstiden för I-produkter är tre arbetsdagar.
If you want us to send your work by regular mail instead, unfortunately we cannot follow up and track your package. Therefore, should the package be delayed or lost, we will not redo your work free of charge.
Vi lämnar livstids garanti på vårt I-produktsortiment (I-Bridge X, I-Bridge 11 Hybrid, I-Butment X, I-Bar X Twin, OM-Bridge med flera) i Co-Cr och Titan och fem års garanti på implantatprotetik i ZiOx. Vid implantat- och tandstödd kombinationsprotetik i metall lämnar vi tio års garanti.
We not only reimburse the bridge or abutment manufactured by us, but also cover the cost of the purchase price of the implant if the implant manufacturer fails to fulfill its warranty responsibilities due to the use of OpenMill prosthetics.
Prosthetic crowns and bridges come with a five-year warranty on all materials. For milled and printed occlusal splints, we provide a one-year warranty.
Forstec only accepts work and files from dental laboratories or dental clinics registered with Läkemedelsverket.
