Forstec Service helps you with the repair of your machines. Our quality workshop in Malmö receives your machines for service and maintenance. We have a large stock of spare parts and our experience gives you the help you need. You can also book an on-site visit if that makes things easier.

We work with most brands such as Bego, Dentsply Sirona, Kulzer, Imes-icore, Ivoclar, Kavo, Nabertherm, NSK, Renfert, Schick and Zhermack. With machine types such as ovens, rotary equipment and steam and sandblasting equipment.

Forstec is an authorized service partner of Imes-icore milling machines, Schick, KAVO and NSK handpieces, Ivoclar, Renfert and others.

Vi har nyligen moderniserat och byggt ut vår serviceavdelning för att kunna hjälpa dig och ditt företag på bästa sätt. Peter Nilsson har stor erfarenhet av service och reparationer av dentala maskiner och är redo att ta emot dina jobb samt att besöka dig för reparationer på plats!

For those of you in Malmö, here is some information about Forstec's procedures on how you send and we receive your machines for repair.

When Forstec's delivery truck comes to pick up your repairs, it is important that your machines are safely packed so that they can withstand the transport. Preferably in original cardboard, but other sturdy cardboard can also be used. This applies to all larger machines. Our drivers strap the kit to the car and therefore the equipment needs to be well protected.

You should also send a service note with your contact details. Here you describe what is wrong with your machine so that we know how to help you. This applies even if you have already spoken to one of our service technicians by phone.

If your machine is not packed or does not have a service certificate, we cannot take it with us.
