For those of you in Malmö, here is some information about Forstec's procedures on how you send and we receive your machines for repair.
When Forstec's delivery truck comes to pick up your repairs, it is important that your machines are safely packed so that they can withstand the transport. Preferably in original cardboard, but other sturdy cardboard can also be used. This applies to all larger machines. Our drivers strap the kit to the car and therefore the equipment needs to be well protected.
Du ska också skicka med en servicesedel med dina kontaktuppgifter. Här beskriver du vad som inte fungerar på din maskin, så att vi vet hur vi ska kunna hjälpa dig. Det här gäller även om du redan pratat med någon av våra servicetekniker på telefon.
If your machine is not packed or does not have a service certificate, we cannot take it with us.
