Facts about Forstec

Forstec is owned by three entrepreneurial families with long experience in the dental industry: Martinsson, Sund and Zetterberg.

Forshaga Dentaldepå was founded in 1937. Forshaga, a well-known dental depot for dental technicians, was bought by the Sund family in 2010.

Zelda Dental was founded by the Zetterberg family in 1978 with various agencies for dental products.

M-Tec Dental AB started in 2008 as a wholesaler to the dental industry by the Martinsson family and Tommy Nilsson.

Our CAD/CAM production center OpenMill was established in 2010 by M-Tec Dental.

Zelda Dental's operations were taken over by Forshaga Dentaldepå in 2014.

In 2016, Forshaga and M-Tec Dental merged to become Forstec Dental AB, owned by the Martinsson, Sund and Zetterberg families.

In 2019, Forstec acquired Kulzer's production center with the products I-Bridge X, I-Butment X and I-Bar X.
